Few of us walk around truly realizing how we feel in every moment. All of us understand being on automatic pilot and going through the drag of life. In fact, it can be very useful to automate our efforts. Especially if it includes finishing a repetitive project such as raking leaves or peeling potatoes. When you fall into the groove of a repetitive routine, the task can turn into a meditation. Provided you aren’t repeating a complaint or problem around in your mind, being truly present with a repetitive action can be incredibly calming and helpful. Relationship Attraction has never been more powerful with the discovery of the Law of Attraction.

Being on auto-pilot may be fine for repetitious kinds of tasks, but when it comes to meaningful creation, you want to hone in slightly more carefully to what is truly going on in your vibration. Starting some investigative work on your current vibration will assist you in seeing the areas you need to remove some resisting energy or static off the line. When you acquire a clear, uncluttered channel of energy, what you desire comes more smoothly and without the mixed bag of results you are accustomed to getting. For example, say you want a lover. You create a lover, but because you’re afraid of being fully emotionally committed, he lives half-way around the world. You may think you are emotionally capable, but if you are getting a mixed result, then you’re transmitting a mixed message. A Law of Attraction Coach can assist you in completely changing your outlook with expert life coaching.

Have a look at your firmly held beliefs. Question your inner dialog. Is it really true? Does clinging to that limiting belief help you? Can you find some of your self-sabotaging behaviors? Interestingly, most of the things we hold to be true concerning life aren’t true. They are beliefs we have inherited. Pose a question of yourself and then hone in to listen to a response. Your inner guide will allow you to see interesting insights if you’re willing to allow yourself to hear them. Law of Attraction Love Relationships are incredibly rewarding and fulfilling past your wildest dreams! Think of someone who is everything you have ever desired in a lover.

Life was originally designed for you to be a success, find happiness, and fulfilled. We all came in with perfectly untainted guiding systems pointing us in the direction of our joy and self-expression. Tune back in to your thoughts and feelings. Pick the highest and best thoughts and emotions possible. Create with a clear message and you will put yourself back in the creative cockpit of your life.

How To Bring Meaning Into Your Life By Giving Up Procrastination

Self Improvement No Comments

Many choices in life involve a trade-off or a balance. When there is not enough time, money or energy to accomplish everything you want to do, you will have to choose your priorities carefully, knowing that each pursuit leaves you less time and fewer resources for another goal or interest. However, in the midst of life’s difficult choices, one decision is very simple from an analytical perspective. Whereas many activities have both positive and negative aspects, procrastination is one activity that consumes your time and energy while contributing nothing to your ultimate quality of life. For this reason, even a small amount of consideration should convince you to eliminate procrastination from your life. Yet this habit is not always easy to break, and even the best intentions to stop procrastinating may not be successful. A few tips, and a small bit of effort, can help discontinue the habit of procrastination, allowing you to spend your time on some worthwhile pursuits.

One of the skills that can be extremely helpful in ending procrastination is the ability to prioritize. Not all activities are equally significant, and it is conceivable to dissipate time whilst actually seeming to get things done. In order to avoid procrastinating on your most important tasks, it may be helpful to make a list of all the things you want to accomplish this week. Without making any distinctions between important and insignificant tasks, brainstorm a list of a week’s worth of goals. Once you think you have everything you want written down, either number the items in place of importance from most crucial to least required, or group the items into high-, medium- and low-priority sections. Try to identify your three most important tasks for the week and list on your calendar the things you will need to do in order to successfully complete them. Then you are able to center on these most important undertakings, saving the less significant ones for the time that is left over. Once you have got into the habit of prioritizing your week, move on to prioritizing by month and then by periods of three months.

Another important step in overcoming procrastination is to make sure that you see your ultimate goals in terms of the small steps that you will need to take. By breaking down complicated tasks into manageable stages, each with its own mini-deadline, you will prevent yourself from procrastinating in the belief that your goal is impossible regardless of what you do. In addition, the shorter amounts of time between deadlines will prevent you from procrastinating because a deadline seems so distant that you have all the time in the world. You may find that you are no longer tempted to procrastinate with your important goals when you know what you’ll need to do to accomplish them and exactly how long it will take. Once you have taken these steps to end procrastination, you may find yourself easily accomplishing tasks that once seemed almost impossible.

Happiness

Uncategorized No Comments

Singapore’s happiest person will be introduced soon at a conference, New Science of Happiness And Well-being. It would be held at Singapore Expo on 16-17 April. They offer tips and tools to build lasting happiness in work and life. Each seat costs $1388. When the search for the Singapore’s Happiest Person was announced recently, I thought that not many people would enter, but apparently, according to the Sunday Times, there were quite a lot of applications.

It’s not easy being happy but it is certainly achievable. We have a choice in being happy or angry or sad, so instead of choosing a negative state of mind, why not choose one that is better for the body. We may have events that make us unhappy, but dwelling on them do not make us feel better.

In another article in The Sunday Times, according to two Wharton economists, money might not buy you love, but it might be able to buy you happiness. When we have money, we have the freedom to do many things. At the very least, the day to day existence need not be on people’s topmost priority. This is also due to more statistics that measured happiness and covered more countries.

Some limiting beliefs people have about money is that having money may take away happiness, but it all boils down to the person’s attitude, and not the money itself.

Ultimate Success Formula

Success 1 Comment

I’ve introduced this Ultimate Success Formula to many people, and they found it useful to achieve success. I first learnt about this model from a course I attended at AKLTG. I used it to apply to my fitness plan, and I reached my goal of running in a race.

First of all, you must believe in something. Perhaps you believe that you can succeed in this field, or achieve something in some area. It could also be a universal belief. Perhaps you believe that you are going to a great success in your work. For students, their beliefs could be something to do with their academic success and their ambitions.

Next, what we do is shaped by our values. Do we do something out of passion, or out of fear? Perhaps, some people fear being looked down by others if we do not make a name for ourselves. Or we could want to work hard in order to support our families as it is our responsibility to do so. We could also do something out of love or fame.

The next step requires setting a goal. The goal should be as specific as possible. Stretch yourselves and move forward. Perhaps you want to get promoted to a specific possible within two years. You could also want to publish a book by the end of this year. It would be great if you could decide what type of book you are going to write.

After setting the goal, we have to come up with strategies to ensure we take active steps to achieve our goal. The strategies must be specific. It should not read like New Year’s Resolutions which we know we seldom keep due to its vagueness and ambiguity.

Finally, we have to take action. Don’t end up like NATO – No Action, Talk Only. You can incorporate the Magic Rule of 21 and work on each strategy for 21 days in a row.  If we achieve success, then we can move on to other Ultimate Success Formulae. If we do not achieve success, then we have to take a second look at our goal. Is it something achievable? Strategies may have to be fine-tuned. Get a pen and a piece of paper, and start writing your Ultimate Success Formula.

Cruise Away To Greater Heights

Personal Development No Comments

One good way to have time to nourish your soul is to go on a trip. It can be a camping trip, which I had just come back from, or you can go on a cruise to relax. Staring at the sea and sunbathing on the deck are some good ways to relax. You are far away from your work, and this is one of the best times to read a book.

If you are interested in cruise, there are many cruise specials to choose from. Some of the more premium cruise packages may cost an arm and a leg, but there are also special deals if you know where to look. If you are interested in sailing around Latin America, then you can check out the deals at this website. They will tell you the dates to make your booking when it is the cheapest.

There are many other deals as well. Luxury cruise vacations allow you to relax and sip the wine and you get served. As you reach interesting exotic destinations, you get to experience other cultures as well.

You can also use this chance while on a cruise to think through your goals. Do you need to improve your strategies in order to reach your goals? What beliefs do you have that shape your goals?

By going on a cruise instead of taking the plane, you have more time for yourself. I always find staring at the sea calming, and the cruise liners are huge enough to ensure a smooth ride.

Princess In The Vineyard

Motivation No Comments

The actress who acted in The Princess Hours has acted in a new Korean drama serial, The Man in the Vineyard, is quite cute in her new role as a city girl who goes to learn how to grow and harvest grapes. I cannot remember her name.

When she first goes to the vineyard to work, it is because of a possible inheritance given by a distant relative. However, she cannot adapt to the village because it is extremely backwards and it is a back-breaking job trying to grow the grapes. Her extrinsic motivation is to get the vineyard, which is worth a lot of money, so she forced herself to stay on. Unfortunately, she soon gives up as the hours are punishing, and packs her bags to go home.

When we have an aim to work towards, we cannot simply want something that comes from our hearts. True, many of us want to be rich, but if the process is something that we hate, we will soon give up. Perseverance could only last that long without first finding out about our beliefs. If we strongly believe in caring for the grapes, achieving the goal of getting the vineyard should not be a problem.

For the poor city girl, her goal is not supported by the belief that she can survive in a vineyard. What is interesting is on the day she runs away to the train station, she meets the guy whom she had a major crush on. Trained in cosmetic plastic surgery, he is performing his National Service in the same village. He wants to set up his clinic in Seoul, but it will be extremely expensive to do so. Now that she is fuelled by the belief that to obtain the love of her life, and become a doctor’s wife, she would do everything to support him in whatever he did, her goal is now supported by the new belief that love conquers all.

In the process, she grows in love with the grapes, and the man in the vineyard, and her belief system is further strengthened by the central belief that with her own sweat, she is able to produce delicious organic grapes that would be enjoyed by others, and thus, she goes to great length to ensure the survival of the grapes. The outcome would still be the same, but she is definitely much happier because she has found a purpose in life.

For anyone to succeed in life, we must find something that really motivates us, and what our central beliefs are, before we can determine what our goals are.
